YOGA AT LOTUS BLOSSOM

We believe in the beauty and needs of the individual within the passion and intimacy of the group. Yoga allows us to experience our body fully so that we may also experience grace.

WEEKLY YOGA SCHEDULE

 
 

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Basics
1½ Hours. For those new to yoga or need a gentler class.

Lotus 1
1½ Hours. For those new to yoga and ready for a stronger practice as well as experienced yogis.

Lotus 1&2
1½ Hours. A class suitable for both levels 1&2.

Lotus 2
1 ½ Hours. For those who need a little extra blossom in their lotus.

Core Yoga
Postures are mostly core focused and intend to bring more energy and awareness to this region.

Anusara
Anusara Yoga is an alignment-based practice with a strong emphasis on a connection to the heart.

Restorative
A gentle slower class to calm the mind and mend the body. Great for deep healing.

Restorative/Meditation
A short restorative yoga and relaxation class followed by a meditation.

Yoga Wall Class
Yoga on and off the rope wall.

Naam Yoga
Energizing yoga, mudras, mantras & breathwork.
