Massage is a form of relaxation and healing. During a treatment one can rehabilitate physical injuries, balance muscular and structural support and increase circulation.

Energy work including healing touch and emotional balancing are used for more subtle body relaxation and transformation.
All of our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities and uphold a high professional standard.

Diana Stone Massage Diana Stone is an Integrative Massage Therapist using her range of knowledge to address the individual needs of the client. Her education and talents include Deep tissue, Swedish, Stretching, Thai Yoga Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Sports Massage. Her warmth and personal attention will support any healing process.

Padma Patricia Borrego Massage Patricia Padma Borrego is a bodyworker who focuses on whole-being health. Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Emotional and Spiritual Healing are areas of talent. She is a teacher of yoga and meditation, as well as a spiritual counselor. Her faith in the healing power of awareness has led her to share her knowledge and passion with others.

Tracey Palmer believes that the most powerful method of relaxing the body, expanding awareness and opening the heart is the one that works for YOU, so find the one that does and keep practicing! She is Reiki attuned to the 2nd degree and a US Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, having studied Swedish, Hwal-Gong and Sports massages at the SUN Institute, where she was also able to integrate the training principles of Taoism and the approach of Dahn Yoga. Then on to Costa Rica where she received her basic, intermediate and advanced levels of training in Traditional Thai-Yoga Massage underneath Master Itzhak Helman of the Internationally recognized Sunshine School Network. Her work in NY and Costa Rica, and life's mission to build a healing community, is fueled by her gratitude for the healing she has received through these sacred practices and the natural growth that occurs through the power of Grace.
